With over twenty years of experience in high tech, Ray Salemi has led teams in engineering, customer support, and sales.  Ray graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering with a minor in English and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with an MBA from Babson College.

Using this diverse background, Ray has written business books and technical books.  His books include:    FPGA Simulation: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide and Leading After a Layoff: Reignite Your Team’s Productivity in Just 12 Weeks.

Ray is an accomplished public speaker and has won several speaking awards including the Toastmasters District 31, Division E Humorous Speech Contest.

A resident of Boston, MA, Ray’s writing has appeared in BusinessWeek , The Christian Science Monitor,  Chip Design Magazine, and Fast Company.
